Technical description

Phase 1 includes:

  • installation, testing, adjustment and commissioning of one purchased gas boiler with a capacity of 30 MW with auxiliary equipment;
  • supply, installation, testing, adjustment and commissioning of one smoke pipe of the boiler unit, 2 heat exchangers of 30 MW each, one circulating boiler pump, chemical water treatment system for the purchased gas boiler.

Phase 2 includes:

  • project works,
  • supply of equipment and materials,
  • installation, testing,
  • adjustment and commissioning of the main and auxiliary boiler equipment, including three (3) new gas boilers with a capacity of 30 MW each with burners, two (2) smoke pipes of boiler units, two (2) heat exchangers of 30 MW each, seven (5) circulation high-voltage pumps, two (2) circulation pumps,
  • supply and installation of all ancillary equipment, including internal piping and fittings.

All deliveries and installation of equipment were carried out in the existing main boiler house on the street. Energetikov, 31 in the city of Horishni Plavni

  • Technical description

The main stages of the implementation of this project are the supply of modern equipment, carrying out a complex of works on the modernization of 2 existing boilers of the DKVr 10-13 type, with a total capacity of 18 MW, and one DKVr 10-13 boiler , with a capacity of 8 MW (installation, inspection, testing), commissioning and commissioning of the facility.

The boiler house has the following new equipment:

  • SNT-55 burner devices;
  • Pump equipment (2 Wilo SCP network pumps, 2 Stratos GIGA recirculation pumps);
  • Feeding pumping station Wilo SiBoost Smart 2;
  • Spirotrap Dirt DN400 sludge separator, Spirovent Air DN400 air separator;
  • Heat meters, fan with induction drive, etc.

 

Performed installation work:

  • input and output collectors with a total length of 15 m, with a diameter of 320-400 mm,
  • a pipeline (pre-insulated) with a total length of 35 m, a diameter of 460 mm.

 

Works have also been completed

on replacement of external and internal pipes of the heating network with a device for removing dirt;

level system of automatic signaling of the boiler room;

feeding tank for water storage (V = 25 m3)

Technical description

The NIISTU-5 boilers were replaced with 2 new Riello TAU 800N water-heating gas condensing boilers, with a capacity of 800 kW each, with the installation of 2 Riello RS 120/EV BLU burners on the boilers; also established:

  • 2 Viessmann Vitocal 350-A AWH I heat pumps with a capacity of 20 kW;
  • 2 Wilo dry rotor pumps with electronic control IL 65/200-15/2;
  • a series of Wilo circulation pumps (multistage with a built-in frequency converter; with electronic control; for hot water supply);
  • air and sludge separator SpiroCombi Air&Dirt DN 150 110C/10bar;
  • installation of chemical degassing (deaeration) of water with a dosing pump with a supply of 4 m3/hour
  • installation of water stabilization treatment with a dosing pump with a supply of 4 m3/hour

Technical description

The purpose of the implementation of this project is to modernize the thermal equipment of the boiler houses of the centralized heat supply system in the city of Berdychiv.

The project provided for the supply and installation of circulation pumps (including electric motors), smoke extractors and boiler fans at 11 existing boiler houses of the city.

The total amount of installed equipment is:
22 circulation pumps manufactured by HYDRO-VACUUM S.A. (Poland);
26 fans of the Ukrainian manufacturer (including 13 units with forced draft (combustion air) and 13 units with induction draft (flue gases).

The power of circulation pump motors min – 11 kW, max – 110 kW.

The set of completed works on the project included:
– supply and installation of equipment;
– adjustment works;
– commissioning of equipment.

Technical description

The project was carried out in connection with the reconstruction of the individual heating points (ITP) of the objects specified in the project in the city of Rivne and in accordance with the program for the implementation of energy saving in establishments and institutions belonging to communal property of Rivne.

The source of heat supply is local heat networks.

The project implemented work on replacing the existing heating system with the use of modern equipment. A weather-dependent control system has been implemented.

The heating system is connected to the heat networks according to a dependent scheme with circulation and mixing pumps on the return pipeline of the internal system.

Pumping equipment with built-in frequency regulation is installed.

Load on the heating system:
min – 0.148 (0.172) Gcal/h (MW), max – 0.702 (0.817) Gcal/h (MW),

including:
• pressure in the supply pipeline – 0.5 MPa
• pressure in the return pipeline – 0.4 MPa
• available pressure difference – 0.1 MPa
• temperature in the supply pipeline – 95 °С
• the temperature in the return pipeline is 70 °С

Technical description

As part of the project “Improving energy efficiency in the district heating sector in Ukraine”, the project “Reconstruction of engineering entrances of multi-apartment buildings with the installation of heat energy metering devices and the purchase of an installation for checking heat energy metering devices in the city of Kherson” was replaced 140 units of thermal energy accounting at the facilities.

The installed control and data collection system (SСADA) allowed the Customer to remotely control energy use by consumers in automatic mode.
