Technical description: The project is aimed at eliminating the emergency existing construction of the roof of the building and reducing heat energy consumption by manufacturing and installing a metal structure (weighing 107 tons) of a pitched roof with an area of 3,040 square meters of the main building of the gymnasium and an annex with roof insulation with an area of 2,609 sq.m.
The project included work on:
- production and installation of metal roof structures;
- installation of insulating layer, vapor barrier and waterproofing layers;
- installation of metal-plastic (auditory) windows;
- installation of a new roof made of profiled sheet;
- installation of rainwater systems on roofs and sidewalks;
- installation of a lightning protection system and snow arresters, installation of a roof fence.

Technical description: The goal of the project implementation is to reduce the volume of energy consumption, as well as to improve the living conditions of children and staff in secondary school No. 4 through the implementation of a set of energy-saving measures, and, as a result, to achieve savings in budget funds for payment for energy carriers and reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
The project involves the modernization of external fencing structures and internal engineering networks.
The project included work on:
- insulation of the wall enclosing structures of Block No. 2;
- insulation of the flat roof of Block No. 1 and Block No. 2;
- reconstruction of the ventilation system and internal lighting system for sports halls;
- installation of the energy consumption monitoring system;
- reconstruction of the lightning protection system.
Reconstruction of the administrative and household complex Zhytomyr Region, village of Zherevtsi LLC "Granite Quarry"
Project “Reconstruction of the administrative and residential complex at the address: Zherevtsi village, Zhytomyr region, Korostensky district, on the territory of Granite Quarry LLC
Period: June 2021 – December 2022
Technical description: Granite Quarry LLC is one of the most modern enterprises in Ukraine, which specializes in the production of crushed stone products. As part of the project, the three-story building of the administrative and residential complex was reconstructed, which consists of the following premises: staff offices, rest rooms, dining halls, dressing rooms for employees, bathrooms, a turning shop, an electrical shop, a control room, an equipment repair box, etc.
The project included work on:
- repair of the existing roof, which includes repair of the rafter system with the installation of additional load-bearing elements, insulation of the covering, installation of a new roof made of corrugated board
- warming and cladding of facades with profiled sheet
- installation of a reinforced concrete ramp, porches and visors above it
- replacing the gates in the building with roll-type gates
- insulation of the attic floor
- replacement of all windows and doors with modern energy-saving products made of PVC profile, fire-resistant doors and doors made of MDF
- replanning of internal premises (installation of new walls and partitions according to planning decisions)
- reinforcement of structures with metal clips
- internal repair works
- overhaul of the system of internal cold and hot water supply, sewerage and drains, ventilation and heating.

Project “Overhaul of a special purpose facility: the stadium of the Ivan Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum at the address: Kyiv, Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, 25»

Technical description: By order of the Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun’s company “KOMENERGOSERVIS” LLC carried out a major repair project of a special purpose facility – the stadium of the military lyceum at 25 Lesya Ukrainka Blvd., Kyiv.
The project included work on:
- repair of reinforced concrete tribunes with installation of waterproofing,
- arrangement of metal tribunes, seats on a metal frame,
- manufacturing and installation of metal fences and railings of stands,
- arrangement of coverings of stairs from ceramic tiles,
- arrangement of covering paths from shaped paving elements,
- arrangement of asphalt driveway coverings, installation of curbs.
On November 11, 2022, at the Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun, an event dedicated to the official completion of the reconstruction of the sports complex named after the Hero of Ukraine Andrii Kyzyl was held.
The official event was opened by the head of the Lyceum, Major General Ihor Hordiychuk. Among the guests of honor were: Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Vadym Gutzait, president of the Ukrainian Football Association, member of the UEFA Executive Committee Andriy Pavelko and legends of Ukrainian football: Olympic champion Oleksiy Mykhailichenko, participant of three world championships Anatoly Demyanenko and representatives of the general contractor – LLC “KOMENERGOSERVIS” “.
After the solemn ceremony, a friendly football match was held at the stadium between the veteran teams of the Ukrainian national football team and the national team of the Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun.

Technical description:The purpose of the implementation of this project is the capital repair and reconstruction of existing dormitory buildings for the further resettlement of internally displaced persons with a total number of 222 people who were left without housing as a result of Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine.
According to the project, the following works were performed at the facilities:
– restoration of the roof and drainage system;
– repair and restoration works in the premises of buildings;
– modernization of the thermal unit, ventilation, heating and sewage systems, cold and hot water supply systems, external lightning protection systems, fire safety systems, restoration of pits, repair of external stairs;
– installation of new metal-plastic windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows;
– purchase of furniture (bedroom, kitchen) for all rooms was carried out;
– a vertical lifting mechanism is equipped for people with limited mobility;
– installation of an autonomous solar power plant (3.69 kW).

Technical description: As part of this project, the building was thermally modernised, namely, a set of works aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the kindergarten building, including replacing the roof, insulating the facade, replacing windows and doors, modernising heating, ventilation, air conditioning and hot water supply systems. The swimming pool premises (swimming pool, showers and changing rooms) were also completely replaced. The pool dimensions are 6.3m long, 3.6m wide and 1.5m deep.
The purpose of the thermal modernisation is to reduce heat loss, cut heating costs and improve the conditions for children and caregivers in the kindergarten. The pavement on the territory of the kindergarten was replaced and accessibility for people with reduced mobility was ensured to the adjacent territory of the kindergarten and unimpeded access to the building on the ground floor. A simple shelter for children and staff was installed in the basement.
In addition, the Internet, telephone and radio broadcasting networks were installed and set up in the civil protection building (radiation shelter)

- Existing windows were replaced with new energy-efficient ones and window blinds were installed;
- The basement walls, window and door slopes were insulated;
- Insulation of the building basement above and below ground level;
- Restoration of the blind area around the entire perimeter of the building;
- Insulation of the flat roof;
- Modernisation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and drainage systems;
- Implementation of an energy monitoring system;
- Modernisation of the hot water supply system for the swimming pool using an air-to-water heat pump of the Vitocal 100-S split system and a Vitotron 100 electric boiler (equipment manufacturer – VIESSMANN);
- Modernisation of the cold water supply system (two water storage tanks with a total volume of 1,000 litres are also installed in the shelter);
- Installation of a solar power plant to cover a part of own needs and the possibility of accumulating electricity without exporting it to the grid;
- Lightning protection;
- Replacement of lighting switchboards and wiring;
- Installation of canopies over the entrances to the building, repair of the stairs and installation of a ramp;
- Installation of fire escapes, facade ladders to the roof;
- Arrangement of a basement for temporary shelter.
