Implementation of energy efficiency projects
Energy efficiency is the use of less energy with the same level of comfort in the room and building. When we talk about energy efficiency, we mean not only “energy saving”, that is, saving energy in everyday life. It is about rational and conscious use of energy resources available to everyone, with the aim of their careful preservation for the environment. Effective use of energy leads to its savings, reduction of utility bills and environmental protection. As a result, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced.
How to improve energy efficiency in the house:
  • Saving resources: water, gas, heat, etc. For this, it is necessary to adjust household habits and implement simple measures, for example, adjust faucets and install heat-reflective screens behind radiators.
  • Insulation of the room. For example, replacement or sealing of windows, thermal insulation of the roof, modernization of the ventilation system, etc.
  • Installation of metering devices. This will allow you to pay only for consumed resources.
  • Transition to more modern, energy-saving and alternative sources of energy and communication systems – replacement of a gas boiler with solid fuel, installation of wind generators.
The energy efficiency and energy saving potential for a typical building looks like this:
  • Heat insulation of the roof 11%
  • Installation of solar heating batteries 7%
  • Energy-saving glazing 11%
  • Thermal insulation of external walls 30%
  • Modern heating system 12%
  • Thermal insulation of the basement ceiling 6%
