The company "KOMENERGOSERVICE" was founded

2007 year

For the first time, the company completed a complex project for the reconstruction of a water pumping station - Luhansk Residential Housing
Cooperation with the world's leading manufacturers of energy-efficient equipment has begun. Implemented projects to replace individual elements of technological equipment at boiler houses and pumping stations.
Direction of project-research works on installation of frequency converters has been launched

2009 year

Work on the partial modernization of boiler houses is actively underway, namely, the installation of heat pumps at boiler houses in the Donetsk region (Sviatohirsk, Slovyansk, Yenakieve, Kramatorsk)

2010 year

The idea of using renewable alternative energy sources has been promoted. Completed projects for the installation of heat pumps in various cities of Ukraine

2011 year

The company maintains a course on the use of renewable energy sources. 2 projects for the installation of equipment using renewable energy in the Donetsk region have been completed

2012 year

The company is expanding the geography of its activities throughout Ukraine. Boiler room reconstruction projects with the replacement of individual equipment elements are being implemented

2013 year

Completed complex reconstruction projects of technologically complex objects:

reconstruction of a boiler house with replacement of boilers with a capacity of up to 20 MW in the city of Mariupol
installation and start-up of the Caterpillar gas cogeneration plant in Donetsk

2014 year

Funds from international financial organizations were involved in the implementation of the projects. 2 joint projects were implemented, with a total cost of 900,000 euros:

Reconstruction of a boiler house in Vinnytsia
Reconstruction of the boiler house and replacement of heating lines in the city of Zhytomyr

2015 year

According to projects on the implementation of energy-efficient solutions based on renewable and alternative energy sources, the company has started the implementation of a number of projects

from the reconstruction of gas boilers with a capacity of more than 10 MW
construction of solid fuel boiler houses with wood chip storage in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr

2016 year

Modernization of boiler houses with the replacement of burner devices, morally and physically outdated boilers is actively underway, renovation of chemical water purification systems and feeding systems with replacement of pumps, recirculation in the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr is being carried out

2017 year

As part of the implementation of the project on "Installation of new and modernization of existing equipment of individual heating points", the equipment of individual heating points in Zhytomyr was purchased and replaced. Complete reconstruction of 2 central heating points in the city of Mariupol was carried out.

2018 year

With the participation of foreign and domestic specialists, consulting services were provided for the implementation of projects for the production of feasibility studies, design and preparation of project implementation procedures with the funds of the MFU in the cities of Vinnytsia, Kherson, Zhytomyr

2019 year

The company continues to develop, gain experience and master new areas of activity.
According to the project "Improving energy efficiency in the buildings of the budget sector of Ukraine" in the buildings of educational institutions in the cities of Kramatorsk and Slavutych, capital repairs and roof insulation were carried out.
As part of the project "Increasing the energy efficiency of the centralized heat supply system in the city of Horishna Plavna", the old boilers were replaced with 3 modern BOSCH heat-tube water-heating boilers, with a total nominal thermal capacity of the boilers with a built-in economizer of 100 MW

2020 year

In order to reduce the consumption of energy resources and increase the energy efficiency of the street lighting system, in accordance with the project "Reconstruction of outdoor lighting systems", a major overhaul of the street lighting networks was carried out in the city of Rubizhne by means of technical re-equipment of lamps based on LED technologies.
In connection with the need to replace outdated gas burner equipment, control automation, optimization of the existing heat supply system, more efficient and economical use of energy resources, the project "Reconstruction of Boiler House No. 22, Sloviansk" was successfully completed. The re-equipment of the boiler room took place due to the replacement of the existing FAKEL-G boilers with 3 modern high-tech WEISHAUPT gas burners, 3 LOGANO steel boilers and auxiliary equipment.

2021 year

During 2021, in order to replace the old worn-out boiler, design work was carried out, installation work on a new KTN 100 SR A gas boiler was delivered and completed in the village of Romashki, Rokytnyan district, Kyiv region
The direction of implementation of projects to reduce the consumption of energy resources in the street lighting system was continued by completing the work on the project "Development of design and estimate documentation, passing the project examination, author's supervision, and the reconstruction of the outdoor lighting system was carried out with the replacement of old lamps with new LED ones, the installation of protective grounding supports, laying AVVG wires in pipes, installation of steel supports" in the city of Vinnytsia
As part of supporting environmentally safe and energy-efficient projects in the district heating sector, at the end of the year, the project on "Replacement of circulation pumps and boiler fans" in the city of Berdychiv for KP "BERDYCHIVTEPLOENERGO" was fully implemented by installing 19 circulation pumps in 11 boiler rooms, 13 smoke extractors and 13 fans for burners and exhaust gases on 5 existing boilers. The project was implemented with the support of the IFI. The companies "Hydro-Vacuum" and the Kyiv Fan Plant were involved in providing pumping equipment and fans.
KOMENERGOSERVICE undertook and successfully completed work on the project "Reconstruction of general commercial heat energy and hot water metering units on the networks of the Slovyansk Regional Psychiatric Hospital" at the address: Slovyansk , str. Narvska, 16, Donetsk region" and a modern MULTICAL accounting node was installed.

2022 рік

Despite the full-scale war that began in February 2022, the company continues to implement projects for the overhaul of buildings and structures.
During the year, our company carried out a comprehensive reconstruction three-story building administrative and household complexone of the most modern enterprises in Ukraine, specializing in the production of crushed stone products in the village of Zherevtsi (Zhytomyr region).
Also in this same year, the company "KOMENERGOSERVICE" implemented a project for the overhaul of a special purpose facility - a stadium Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun, which is a state institution of specialized education of the III degree of military profile, in order to create conditions for high school students to fulfill their academic workload, physical and personal development.

2023 рік

With the outbreak of a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine by the Russian aggressor, the issue of placing internally displaced persons (IDPs) in safer regions has become acute.were forced to leave their homes due to hostilities, occupation, or destroyed housing. The main role in supporting IDPs belongs to the state, international humanitarian organizations, and local communities.
In 2023, the project "EU support for urgent needs of internally displaced persons in Khmelnytskyi. The goal of this project is todevelopment of design and estimate documentation, equipment and related works for major repairs and reconstruction of a non-residential building with non-residential premises for a dormitory at 74 Kamianetska Street and a dormitory building at 12/1 Instytutska Street in the city of Khmelnytskyi for the further resettlement of internally displaced persons, a total of 222 people who were left without housing. This project was implemented with the financial support of European partners.

2024 рік

During the year, the project "Overhaul (thermal modernization) of the building of the Preschool Educational Institution (Nursery-Kindergarten) of the combined type "Child Development Center" of the Slavutych City Council in Slavutych" was implemented, which was implemented in accordance with the program "Improving the Energy Efficiency of Budgetary Institutions of the City of Slavutych", with the financial support of the European Union, under the leadership of NEFCO, in partnership with the Slavutych City Council. The institution returned to full operation after a large-scale reconstruction, which significantly increased the comfort, energy efficiency of the building and the safety of children and the institution's staff.
A number of important solutions were implemented as part of the update:
- the facades and roof were insulated, the windows and doors were replaced;
- heating and ventilation have been modernized;
- a heat pump for the swimming pool has been installed;
- a 15 kW solar power plant appeared;
- a lift is equipped for people with limited mobility;
- the catering unit has been updated with modern kitchen equipment;
- A protected shelter has been set up.

2025 рік

During the year, a series of international technical assistance (ITA) projects "Strengthening the Resilience of Cities in the Sphere of Life Support of Urban Territorial Communities in Ukraine", financed through the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH, was implemented to introduce modern autonomous mobile block boiler houses (MBK) at 13 assembly sites in Ukraine. These mobile block boiler houses provide reliable heat supply without the need for constant presence of operators. MBK are equipped with modern diesel generators that guarantee uninterrupted operation of systems in conditions of emergency power outages arising from massive missile attacks by the Russian aggressor on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.
