Installation of a cogeneration plant in the city of Donetsk in 2013
In 2013, a Caterpillar CAT-1500 cogeneration unit, which runs on natural gas, was installed at the boiler house of the “DONETSKMISKTEPLOMEREZHA” KKP at 96 Ionina St. in Donetsk.
KGU produces electric energy to meet the needs of the boiler house and the company’s facilities, as well as thermal energy, which is used to heat the return coolant.
Together with the company “COWI” (Denmark) in 2018, the project “Preparation of design and tender documentation” was implemented for the reconstruction of heat networks with the installation of ITP and the technical re-equipment of boiler houses with the installation of automated technological process control systems in the city of Kherson » within the framework of the signed Contract UDHEEP-KHE-QCBS-05.
As part of the project “Preparation of project and tender documentation for the reconstruction of heat networks with the installation of ITP and technical re-equipment of boiler houses with the installation of automated technological process control systems in the city of Kherson”, we have developed a basic scheme of heat supply for six micro-districts of the city.
A project solution has been prepared for the reconstruction of 15 boiler rooms, 13 ITPs, 28 km of distribution networks for heating and domestic hot water. The total cost of the project is 5.6 million dollars.
